With a stunning front-row seat to some of the most breathtaking beachfront views in the world, About Time is the place where time stops, and you and your family create simply unforgettable memories. This spacious home is also just steps away from Oyster Lake, a lovely coastal dune lake, and a short stroll to the cafes and boutiques of Gulf Place via the scenic 30A bike and walking trail.
Designed with large groups in mind, the great room at About Time is wide open, allowing for an easy flow of conversation and effortless socializing. There’s plenty of space for everyone to kick back, with a plush sofa and armchairs surrounding the electric fireplace and a large HDTV. Pop a bowl of popcorn and relax for a fun Netflix binge with the whole gang.
Next to the living area, a spacious formal dining table looks out over the beautiful gulf views while a huge bar with casual stool seating leads into the kitchen. With white cabinets and a stylish tile backsplash, this fully-equipped space can handle anything- from beach snacks to burgers. Premier appliances include a spacious stainless-steel refrigerator, an electric range, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full assortment of small appliances too, including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
In the first bedroom, there’s a luxe king-size bed, balcony access with ocean views, an attached full bathroom, and an HDTV. The second bedroom is the ultra-private primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, small desk, HDTV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate step-in shower. The third bedroom is a completely flexible space and includes two twin-over-twin-size bunk beds, a living area with a sofa and HDTV, and a wet bar. The final bedroom includes a king-size bed as well as a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed, an HDTV, and a door leading outside to the balcony.
With truly epic front-row seats to the beautiful beachfront views, don’t be surprised if you spend most of your time outside on one of the many balcony spaces that were built to take it all in. Pour yourself a cocktail and relax on one of the many lounge chairs while you watch the sunset, or grab a great book and spend an afternoon reading to the sound of the waves. In the mornings, make sure to watch for dolphins swimming past!
About Time also includes a two-car garage and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. It’s also only a short stroll to the cafes and boutiques of Gulf Place via the Scenic 30A bike and walking trail.
