This Top Floor, Gulf View Unit is a new 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo and it is located just steps from the sugar-white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the world renowned Scenic 30A area of Santa Rosa Beach. A fully equipped top of line kitchen has been well thought out with quartz counter tops, under cabinet lighting, abundant dishes, glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, small appliances, coffee pot and a Keurig even with a coffee grinder for the coffee connoisseur and plenty of storage space. Everything you need plus some to enjoy a home cooked meal every night if you choose. The unit also has a full sized Washer/Dryer plus balcony chairs with a rail table to enjoy the outside ambiance.
