Summary: The pool area and restaurant was beautiful and the staff on reception very friendly and helpful. We had a loft 1 bedroom apartment in Ocean block. The bedroom was very small and cramped, you could not even open the wardrobe. The mattresses felt cheap and made of foam. The bathroom was dingy with a black ceiling and so dark. There was no hand towel in the separate toilet. The attention to details was just lacking here, it felt like no one cared about the guest experience. We had booked this resort as it looked like it was peaceful and family friendly, on our second night we were woken at 4.30am by screaming, yelling and partying that went on to around 6am, it was so loud and impossible to sleep through, no one seemed to come and deal with the noise and it just carried on. Not what we had expected from the property location. As above the pool area and staff are very good.
