With access to 2 seperate homes you have the best of both worlds. Main House 2 beds 1 bath spacious kitchen and living room. Casita has 1 bed 1 bath with spacious living area!
Both homes have been updated to provide a comfortable and stylish living experience. Enjoy the convenience of having two fully furnished homes in one property! Located in a desirable neighborhood, you'll have easy access to nearby attractions, shopping, and dining options. Step outside to a beautiful backyard area with plenty of space for outdoor entertaining.
Trash pails are out back in the alley.
Main House access is right through the front door which has smart lock. Casita you will access through the alley around the back of the house there is a gate that you enter and park. There is one parking space back there.
As a host I am available as needed please feel free to message in your booking platform for immediate access or call 911 in an emergency.
Any loud noises or disturbances reported after 8pm will incur a $1,000 fine.
You will be staying on the North East side of Tucson. This offers walking distance to Roadhouse Cinema, Tucson Medical Center and some local shops and stores! Nearby is also also some local hiking and biking trails.
If you are staying close you can utilize walking as your main transit, but Tucson is very spread out and for most activities out of the community you will need a vehicle to travel to. I recommend renting a car or possibly taking a ride share for transit to nearby events.
There is a temporary hold of $500 for each reservation. It will be held beginning 2 days prior to checkout, and then automatically released within 10 days. Please note this is not a charge unless damages are incurred.
