The Space
Every aspect of this home has been remodeled to breathe new life into this perfectly situated beach house.
Hamé House is equipped to host 8 people, we think the perfect group size is 6-8.
Is that a cloud you’re sleeping on? Nope, that’s just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom! So, no need to draw straws on who sleeps where, because every room in the house is its own sanctuary.
The .28 acre lot sits just minutes from the beach and is all yours to enjoy some space. Outdoor amenities: Hot tub, picnic table, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, corn-hole, screened in room with ocean views and furniture and outdoor lighting to enjoy the evenings.
Need a break from the heat? Your beach retreat has you covered with central AC, a 75in Smart TV, board games, gaming consoles, streaming services (Disney + and YouTube TV included only. For other steaming services bring your own login. Please remember to log out of all your accounts.). After having enjoyed a nice day inside, long after the sun has set, hang out on the upper deck furniture under the stars and enjoy the cool coastal breeze.
Is it winter during a cold front? Hop in the outdoor Hot-Tub on the upper deck right outside the door. You’ll be able to enjoy the jet-propelled steaming water with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Afterwards, use the fully equipped kitchen to cook you and your loved ones a delicious meal.
Other things to note
The beach is a short 3-minute walk away, but if you would like to rent a golf cart I recommend you do so as soon as possible! The nearby golf cart rental companies tend to get booked pretty quickly. If you would like assistance in obtaining contact information for the rental companies nearby, don’t hesitate to reach out and ask. It would be my pleasure to assist you to have a memorable vacation.
Hamé House has an affiliate: BabyQuip. For a fee (paid to the vendor) you can rent baby equipment such as cribs, toys, gates etc.. When booking just send me a message and let me know how I can help you, I'd be more than happy to do it :).
Please keep in mind that we run on septic. So please do not flush ANYTHING that’s not waste or toilet paper. Also there is no garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Please discard all waste into the trash can.
NOTE: We charge a higher cleaning fee so we are able to drain, sanitize, refill and balance the hot tub regularly.
PETS: Dogs only. An additional $100 will be added if bringing a pet. No dangerous breeds. Pet must be 50lbs or under.
Check out request: Upon checkout, the guest will be asked to:
- Place dirty dishes in dishwasher
- Place dirty towels in the washing machine
- Turn off the Tv and lights
- Lock the doors
- Take out the trash
- Open all cabinets and drawers to make sure you didn't forget anything. Leave them all open for cleaner.
Sometimes we have a quick turnaround and our cleaners only have so much time. In order to keep Hamé House as clean as we can for every guest who comes seeking relaxation, your help is greatly appreciated :)
Hamé House is equipped with outdoor security cameras; there is a ring doorbell on the front door, camera pointing at garage, camera pointing at garage door. Tampering with any of the cameras will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
RESPONSIBLE PERSON MAKING A RESERVATION MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD OR OVER. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS. RESPONSIBLE PERSON MUST BE ON SITE THROUGHOUT THE TRIP.
House Rules
- Minimum age to book Hamé House: 25 years old. ID is required.
- NO third party bookings. Responsible person must be present throughout the reserved dates.
- NO smoking inside
- NO loud noise after 10PM
- NO parties or events
- NO more than 2 dogs under 50 lbs allowed.
- NO dangerous breeds
- NO using the hot-tub under the influence of any substance or if you have had diarrhea in the past 48 hours.
Must adhere to all local, state and federal laws.
PET FEE: Guests must disclose if they are bringing pets. An additional 100$ per stay will be added. 2 DOGS MAXIMUM.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF HAME HOUSE AT ANY TIME IS 8 PEOPLE.
