Summary: Booked on June 10th with request for ajoining rooms and have rooms close to anothe family who were travelling with us. Advised they would do there best to accommodate. It didn't happen. Advised the ajoining room next to us had been there since July 14th. I booked on JUNE 10th! Room service is alternative days.
