Smoke free home(no smoking) It’s a handicap condo no stairs first floor three bedroom two bath you have a lift up chair And New furniture in the living room we have Remote controls three bedrooms lights and fans Flat TVs in every bedroom Master bathroom has a stand up shower. If you have a scooter that’s fine you can get in and out of the house I do have a walker there if you need it The pool is nearby with a hot tub in the clubhouse has a pool table Exercising room it has basketball courts shuffle boards very safe place it is in a gated community if you are interested in renting my condo we also have cameras but you can turn them.

1-leave the beds the way they were when you got there so the sheets need to be washed and made
2-put vinegar in the furnace
3-to suck out the water outside 4~put oil down the food disposal
5-all Trash out of the condo
6- lockbox on the door with key on it
7- if you unplug the cameras they need to be working before leaving
8- Both switches set a light on back of that handicap chair needs to be left on
9-take the batteries out of all the remote controls
