Summary: A lovely house in a lovely spot, this was a great location for a week long getaway. Some confusion at check-in, the result of no batteries in the electronic lock, was easily dealt with with the hosts. The back porch had seen some bird activity between the previous guests and our stay. If we had spoken up, I’m sure the hosts would have dealt with that, too. We had our dogs with us and the stairs were steeper and slipperier than they liked, so that colored our stay a bit. That’s not anyone’s fault, but something to be aware of if pups are part of your party. Don’t know that we’d go back knowing that, but I also wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it
