This condo has been meticulously updated for vacation rentals! The new owners (2022) thought of everything! Located just 1.5 miles from The Bagnell Dam Strip and within the 1 mm by water. From the parking lot, this unit is only 3 steps up to the walkway. A park bench sets on the walk to the front door. Just past the door is a gate to the continued path to the screened in covered deck.
Walking in the front door you will enter the dining area with a table to seat 6, a bench and 4 chairs. You'll find extra seating for 2 at the counter bar stools. The kitchen is well appointed and brightly decorated. The coffee station offers a Keurig, regular coffee pot, and coffee grinder. You will find all the kitchen supplies you need for your extended stay. Ceramic tile flooring runs from the front door throughout the kitchen, laundry, and back bedroom/bath hallway.
The dining area and living room have hard wood flooring with a large area rug at the sofa. The large sectional sofa and extra cozy chair offer seating for all! A large, wall mounted, flat screen, smart TV sets above the electric fireplace. Sliding glass doors to the deck and equal size windows next to the door offer an unobstructed view to the covered deck and lake view!
The master bedroom has the same spectacular large windows and sliding door to the covered deck and lake view! A queen-sized bed sets opposite a small work desk with a wall mounted smart TV above. The large master bath has a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and walk in closet.
Just off the kitchen is the laundry/utility room with full sized washer dryer. Down the hall is the full bath between the 2 back bedrooms. The left bedroom features twin over twin bunk beds, full sized bed, wall mounted flat screen smart TV, and chair. The bedroom across on the right has a queen-sized bed and wall mounted, flat screen, smart TV.
Notice the updated light fixtures and beautiful wood shutters throughout! All freshly painted and brand new furnishings make this condo exceptional.
You may never go back inside once you are on the screened in deck! Features: sectional outdoor sofa and table, counter height table with 2 stools, outdoor strand lighting, and a super fun small table raises to a cooler for your beverages!
Harbour Towne Condo complex offers 2 pools, tennis courts, and playground - all very family friendly!
