Positive: We had an overall good stay, with a couple of points worth mentioning. First of all, the staff were excellent — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We were able to drop off our bags before check-in, which made things much easier for us, and the team handled everything smoothly.
Negative: However, there was one issue with the room (1101). We checked in around 5 pm, and from then until around 10 pm, there was a constant squeaking noise from the floor above. It was quite persistent and honestly gave us a bit of a headache.
