Located in a great position within walking distance of a restaurant and supermarket, Harmonie is the perfect base for visiting the Côte d'Azur as well as surrounding Provençal villages.
In a quiet area of Le Tignet, Harmonie is a completely independent property with first floor accommodation for up to four guests with large and spacious living areas that overlook the pool and super modern kitchen and bathroom facilities. On the ground floor is a covered terrace as well as access to a versatile annexe which is completely self-contained for an extra two guests. During July and August the annexe is included in the rental for up to six guests. During other periods a small party rate for four may be chosen, when only the first floor accommodation will be available.
Outside is a spacious paved area that leads down to a lower level and immaculate pool terrace with the added security of a fence. There is a private gated entrance and plenty of parking space.
A couple of restaurants are within walking distance at the bottom of the hill on which the villa is located, as well as a supermarket providing extra convenience. Bustling Peymeinade is just a 3km drive and offers further shops and most services. The 'perfume capital' Grasse (10km) offers an even wider range of shops and is certainly worth a visit. Nearby Mougins (17km) has become a draw for artists and celebrities over the years, with Picasso himself having lived and painted there - the tourist office was once his studio. There are now many galleries to visit, interspersed with a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the museum of classical art should be present on any itinerary. Hilltop Cabris (6km) has splendid views, and the closest beaches are a 40 minute drive in Mandelieu (22km). The international airport of Nice is 42km.
