Positive: We were met by Mary, the host. She was very friendly and helpful, and even left us some watermelon, water, and nuts which we really appreciated. The flat was very clean, very spacious, and had everything one could possibly need (kitchen stuff, two bathrooms, washing machine, etc.). The restaurants down at the beach (it's a bout a 5min walk downhill are lovely.
Negative: I'd just say one thing to keep in mind is that the area in general is the windiest of all of Greece apparently (we didn't know) and up on the mountain where most of the houses are, the winds are quite strong. I didn't sleep so well the first night because the wind was so loud. Down at the beach it's better and you're actually grateful for the bit of wind during the hotter months.
