Summary: One of the biggest problems with this property was the lack of air conditioning. There was air coming out of the air condition and we said at least four times to the front desk that the air conditioner wasn’t working all they kept saying was close all the windows so sensors don’t trip and Configure it to 19°C. I told them hundred times that this has already been done and the temperature wouldn’t move below 27°C as per my own little temperature gauge that I carry. Otherwise the hotel is a very convenient location right across the train station in about 25 minutes from Zürich Hauptbahnhof. It’s also three minutes away by the same tram in the other direction from a very big mall with a lot of food options. This was a very bad experience in 35° heat outside and no air conditioning inside.
