Summary: This is a beautiful home with a labyrinth of rooms! Very large and spacious for a lot of family/friends coming out of town to be together yet still have separate spaces. Also, the neighborhood was lovely, walkable, with friendly neighbors Unfortunately there were a few things that were disappointing based on the expectation. We were using the space to get ready for a wedding and our check in time was pushed back three hours after we had already set the schedule with our guests. Also, when we did check in, the cleaning crew was still cleaning and the pool was unusable for half of our stay. The owners did provide a way to get it ready, but disappointing as the pool was a key selling point to booking this place. Also no lights are around/in the pool despite the photos on the listing. Pitch black at night so bring a lamp! The A/C wouldn’t work either during the hair/makeup for the ladies, so an 80 degree house was not ideal. The repair man was responsive but just suggested that we turn it off for a few days… Please keep anything needing to be dry away from the windows as those will leak during heavy storms. Plenty of parking for several guests! Overall a great home but did not live up to the level we expected for what we were paying for.
