Featuring a huge deck that offers great areas for entertaining, dining or relaxing; cozy fireplace, hot tub on the lower patio, and firepit with adirondack seating to gather on those cool mountain evenings!The great room and kitchen have vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. Both look out to the full length back deck and private wooded backyard. The laundry, a king bedroom, and full bathroom are all on the main level, with 3 additional bedrooms and a full bath on the terrace level. The king and queen bedrooms on the terrace level step out onto the patio, and a bonus/kids room includes twin/full bunkbed combo. Staying in the Innsbruck Golf Resort is more like being in a national park than a resort, and truly offers the best of both. Guests of Heart of Helen enjoy one of the area's 5-Star restaurants Caledonia, along with the Solasta day spa!

Summary: The cabin was very cozy and comfortable for 4 adults. It was clean and organised and we had a great time! The only issue we had was the gas fire pit didn’t work. I have always had an easy time booking with VRBO except for this time. Upon booking my reservation, I received an email from Pinnacle Cabins letting me know that my credit card has been declined. I looked at my statement and had been charged the fee from VRBO but apparently this was going through a property management company that didn’t take American Express. I provided a debt card and received another email stating that card had been declined. I called my bank and they didn’t have any record of the charge being ran. I reached out to Pinnacle Cabins directly and they stated it has been processed and I was booked. I asked for a confirmation email to be safe as I was skeptical as to their errors. I never received the confirmation but the charges had been ran through this time. The day of arrival I had to call Pinnacle Cabins to get the entry code since I hadn’t received it. I made multiple attempts and left a message to no avail. I went through the virtual assistant online and was told they would “resend it!” Upon checking in at the entrance gate I was told by the guard that they didn’t have a record of my reservation so once again I had to reach out to Pinnacle Cabins to get this sent. Their response was “We will resend it!” I stated to the property manager that neither myself nor the guard had received any emails fr
