You can walk, jog or bike along the adjacent greenbelt. It's also convenient to all the attractions including Spring Training fields and some of the best golfing in the country. Only 3 miles north of Scottsdale Fashion Square mall, 2 miles west of the 101 freeway, which can get you anywhere in the city. Close to Kierland Commons and Old Town Scottsdale. Best of all the unit is in a gated community on the 1st floor and it has a resort style community heated pool, spa and gas BBQ grill within steps of the unit!

Our comfortable condo has a nice floor plan featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a covered back patio with an outdoor patio table, seating for 4. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, flat cooktop stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave. Perfect for those who love to cook and stay in. The living room is just off the kitchen and has a large sectional couch great for curling up and reading a book or watching TV on the large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. The dining area is just off the living room with a table for 4.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, large flat screen TV mounted on the wall and private bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have Queen size beds. All 3 bedrooms have custom closets.
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
