Guest access:
You’ll receive a door code before check-in, so you’ll have the entire place to yourself without needing to meet anyone for keys.
The red tape:
- Must be 25+ to reserve
- 8 full size human max - 1 or 2 pack and play babies is permissible.. :)
- 2 dedicated parking spaces with overflow parking available close by
- 2 pet maximum - but please keep them out of the pool.
- We provide some starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- You may see or hear critters
- Bears are dangerous
- Children are not permitted in the pool or hot tub area unsupervised
- No food, drink, bubble bath, or bath bombs are allowed in the pool or hot tub
- The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only
- No alcohol in or near pool or hot tub.
- Hot tubbing pregnant is not recommended.
- Hot tub and pool usage are at your own risk. Use good judgement! :)
- No smoking indoors – violations incur a $250 charge.
- No late check out or early check in. Fees may apply.
Important Notices:
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control. (Trip insurance strongly encouraged)
- Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal and coffee are not provided
- Unauthorized fires (including candles) will incur a $100 fee plus any damages.
- Additional pets above our 2 max will require an additional $100 pet fee per pet.
- Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
- If you bring extra guests beyond the agreed reservation, you may be asked to leave without a refund and/or charged an extra $25 per person, per night.
Departure Instructions:
1. Please empty the refrigerator and take all trash outside to the bear proof receptacle.
2. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it.
3. Please close any windows and lock the doors.
Additional Notes:
- Please do not run the electric fireplace and the air conditioner at the same time.
- The hot tub is pre-set at 100-104 degrees
- Please do not place/throw/drop the hot tub cover onto the ground. Please place it vertically against the wall next to the door.
- We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of the home we have set up, and we do ask that you use only what you need during your stay
Agreement:
By confirming your booking, you agree to our rental rules. The person booking must be 25+ and present at check-in. No third-party bookings.
You will receive a door code prior to your arrival. No need to pick up keys!
During your stay I will be available via the Airbnb app, text, phone or email. We are very responsive and happy to reach out to make sure there isn't a hitch in your stay.
Pets: 2 pet maximum. If there is furniture damage or excessive pet hair, there may be additional cleaning costs added.
This is a pet friendly property. While our cleaning team does an excellent job, pets shed and pet hair can be difficult to clear away 100%. All linens are fresh for each stay but you may encounter pet hair. If that turns you off, this property may not be the best fit for you. I would recommend continuing your search! Otherwise, we'd love to have you! :)
People other than those in the Guest party set forth in the on-line agreement may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 9 persons are allowed in the cabin at any time (8 full size people + 1 infant).
Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code- enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. If you plan to party do not book this cabin. It is our home and you must treat it with respect.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the cabin including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.
Only use appliances for their intended uses
Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check Out is at 10am. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Remove the sheets from all beds and place sheets and towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms.
Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacle, located on the road side of the house.
Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. [DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement.] No food, drink, bubble bath, or bath bombs are permitted in the hot tub.
Repair costs will be passed on to you. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
Pool: No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the pool without adult supervision. When not in use, please lock the bathroom door from the pool side as well as the pool gate entering into the pool with the provided gate key wired to the wall. The pool is use at your own risk. A pool maintenance company cleans and sanitizes the pool regularly. No pets, food, drink, bubble bath, or bath bombs are permitted in the pool. No DIVING.
Fireplace: The fireplace is an electric faux fire place with a heater option. Do not leave on for more than 2 hours at a time.
Water and Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, condoms, "flushable" wipes, or anything other than toilet paper should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that any of the above items have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Storms: No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Snow and icy conditions are rare in the area and so 4WD is recommended during the winter months but 99% of the time is not necessary. We do not refund due to road conditions. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, foosbal table, pool, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless. It is our home. Treat it as if it were you own.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges. Booking through Airbnb assigns your consent to all listed under "House Rules"
