Welcome to Corner Casa on 111th! This is a 4 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom Pool Home that accommodates up to 12 guests. What a wonderful surprise when you walk in the front door! This open concept home with a split floorplan is perfect for vacationers. There are 2 separate living areas both set up for relaxing! One of the living rooms offers a sleeper sofa while the other has reclining seating. Decorated with a Florida Vibe yet has a few hints of western charm. The kitchen is fully furnished with new Stainless Steel Appliances and everything you need to stay in and make dinner. The Dining area has a farm style table that seats 8. There are 2 Master Bedrooms, both with your own En-suite Bathroom. All the bedrooms feature King size beds, Ceiling Fans and your own TV. Sliding Doors located in the back Living area lead to the outdoor heated pool. Pull up a Lounge chair and sun bath while you watch the kids play. The back yard is fully enclosed and private. Summary: I got called the day before check in that the rental I booked in June/23 was not available due to construction on the unit. I get things happen but to call me day before is very poor customer experience/service. Then the help I received to find a replacement property was terrible (her name was Moana). I found a place in very similar price range but was expected to pay increase (I thinkj $100 usd) for which I expected VRBO or Beachtimerentals to pick up the cost. I asked to be transferred to manager (which seemed like a nightmare to do), asked if refund was possible which was processed immediately without any pushback. My phone experience with Moana was terrible (line cut off after 15 secs) and after 6 attempts, refund discussion took place and rebooked another rental which was good. I won't book through VRBO or Beachtimerentals again.
