The Neighborhood:
Norah Head has all the amenities without the crowds. 10 min to The Entrance, the M1, and beachside cafes and shops with a great community spirit and friendly locals.
Less than 2km to Aldi, and 3km to Coles, pharmacy and multiple local restaurants, picking up supplies is convenient and close.
One of the favourite places to grab a bite or a drink is 350 on Main, adjacent the Aldi a leisurely 20- minute walk away for great beers, cocktails and food.
Getting Around:
The place is a 50- minute drive from Waroongah or Newcastle, and not much more than an hour from Sydney north on the M1.
Getting around is relatively easy but a car is beneficial. If you are taking public transport, then the nearest bus stop is only minutes away at Budgewoi Road. The nearest train station is Warnervale Train station which is a 15-minute drive.

Pets: Pets are welcome upon request.
Granny Flat: There is a private granny flat onsite with a separate entrance at the rear of the block. It is surrounded with a privacy screen. The Sydney based owner uses the Granny flat on occasions for a night or two. There is no cross over.
Heated Pool: Aim for the temperature to be between 26-28 degrees Celcius. Being we are in a residential area we request that the pool is not utilized between 9:00pm-07:00am.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.
Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.

We generally give you space during your stay but if you need us just give us a call and we gladly assist you with anything you need over the phone.
