Newly renovated 4 bedroom/ 2 bath 2,000 square foot home with a very unique floor plan in the prime location of South Scottsdale, only 3 miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
There are 4 bedrooms downstairs, plus a 500 square foot upstairs bonus/ play room with arcade games, pool table, a poker table, 70 inch TV, sleeper sofa, & brand new kitchenette with fridge and microwave.
Enjoy the resort backyard including a pool, BBQ, lay chairs, patio tables, corn holes and pool floats.
The space
Welcome to your new home away from home! This completely remodeled 2,000 square foot gem is perfect for your next family vacation or golf trip! We designed it from the heart with all brand new furniture and decor, and you will have plenty of space for entertaining. Over 35k was pumped into furnishing this house alone, we cannot wait for you
Once you enter you have a very bright and open living room with plenty of room for relaxing and watching tv on the 70 inch flat screen TV in the living room. Take a moment to relax in the private atrium and sit on one of the swing chairs and enjoy peace and quiet.
The house includes a completely remodeled kitchen with all new shaker cabinets, granite, stainless steel appliances, and comes equipped with plenty of pots and pans for your group to cook with during your stay.
The main level houses includes 4 bedrooms, two private bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, and the master bedroom with two queen beds.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room on the main level, and also one upstairs in the bonus room.
Head outside and relax by the pool and catch some Arizona sunshine. Then head upstairs the private staircase and enjoy a game of pool, or one of our arcade games. The upstairs bonus room is perfect for entertaining your family or large group.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, garage, pool, private backyard, and upstairs bonus entertainment room.
Other things to note
Backyard comes equipped with pool floaties, lounge chairs, corn holes, and much more.
NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***.
Pets allowed at flat rate of $120 per pet. Please pick up after your pets! If any remainder droppings are left there will be a $50 fee issued.
Please respect all quiet hours of past 10 pm daily.
House Rules
• No smoking inside
• No parties or events without permission
• Confetti's and glitters are not allowed
•Please do not flush anything else besides toilet paper in bathroom toilets. or any non-flushable wet wipes. Any items discarded in the toilets during your stay will incur a charge of the costs of the plumber's trip and service fees for time spent.
Please: No Smoking anything, anywhere inside the home and stay more than 15 feet from doors and windows. There will be a $500 fine if any smoking occurs inside the house.
POOL RULE: Do not remove the pool cleaner hose from the pool. Doing so will result in a $250 fine for damages
Pool Heat: It is available during your stay for $40 a day, and pool temperature is not to get higher than 83 degrees.
All guests understand that No lifeguards will be on duty.
Owners cannot be sued for any injuries sustained while using the facilities anywhere on the property.
