There is 3 bedrooms (3 queens / 2 single beds) and 1 ½ bath. Open living, kitchen and dining area offers plenty of room for family time. Sit on the back 10 x 70 concrete patio and take in beautiful sunsets while you grill on either the propane or gas grill. Then enjoy a little time playing pool inside once the sun goes down. There is a boathouse and great fishing around the pier and a floating deck for your kids to enjoy the lake and/ or tie up your boat. There is no boat needed to catch fish here so all you need is the bait and pole to catch an ice chest full of white perch, crappie and catfish all night long. You can also fish in the 18 feet of water under a covered pier over brush piles with your own fishing gear. There is also a huge fish cleaning station with stainless sinks and lighting for the evening time. Truly a fisherman's paradise.
