Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: My experience was great! The location, the breakfast, the staff… everything was perfect. The reception staff were so professional, respectful, and kind, especially the young man with the colourful eyes. He was always smiling. During our vacation, we had a personal problem — which had nothing to do with the hotel — and he tried to help us find a solution. He showed genuine empathy and support, and I really appreciated that. I’m leaving this special thanks to him. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever get the chance to come back to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again!
Negative: The only negative point was that the bed linens were not changed during our stay
