Positive: Amazing location, beautiful property, great breakfast and a lovely pool (also the bed was super comfortable!)

Negative: Lack of hotel info at check in, huge improvement to be made here as without it; you can get very trapped in or outside the hotel. In the evening all the properly gates locked, which the staff didnt warn us about. After we went for dinner we returned and the gates were locked. Since there was no staff present anymore, and no one replied to our texts and numerous calls at 9pm, we had to essentially break back into the property. Climbing a 3 meter gate to get back in... it felt extra weird to not have any staff at the property at night, since what if we lost our keycards or needed help? Even the next morning the staff had not responded. Also, this is maybe more a matter of taste but the music at the pool didnt fit the mood. European medival folk music is the opposite of what id expect in a beautiful peaceful setting like that. Keep it chilled! This small change would make that setting so much better.
