The Space:
Im 74m2 großen Haus ist Platz für 4 Personen. Es gibt zwei separate Eingänge. Durch einen Eingang gelangt man im Erdgeschoss in ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC. Durch den nebenliegenden zweiten Eingang gelangt man über ein Treppenhaus mit Handlauf in den 1. Stock wo sich ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Ausziehcouch (für eine Person), die Küche sowie das 2. Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befinden.
Rund um das Haus gibt es einen gepflegten Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Parkplätze stehen direkt beim Haus zur Verfügung. In der Küche gibt es: Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien, Küchenherd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler. Geheizt wird mit Infrarotpaneelen.

Getting Around:
Den Aussichtturm Pyramidenkogel sowie weitere kleine Badeseen in der Region erreicht man mit dem Auto in 15 - 20 Minuten. Nur 15 Minuten sind es zum Stadtrand von Klagenfurt wo sich Minimundus die kleine Welt am Wörthersee, ein Reptilienzoo, ein Planetarium, das Strandbad Klagenfurt und die Schiffsanlegestelle der Wörtherseeschifffahrt befinden. Bis ins Zentrum von Klagenfurt sind es noch weitere 5 Minuten.
Das benachbarte Bled in Slowenien oder Tarvis in Italien erreicht man in ca. 50 Minuten.
