Exceptionally nice house, everyone loves it, the pictures really dont do it justice as people say! All our houses are kept "sparkling clean"! Checkout our new 60 ft. X 70 ft. Pickleball, badminton basketball court!
Beautiful custom rustic 2000 sq. ft. home in country setting, 5-15 minutes to Lake Texoma! House is only a few years old with the 2nd living area just completed in July 2020. Open plan, vaulted ceilings. Set up with 2 living areas. One has a full kitchen with stove/oven, the other has a smaller kitchen with everything but an stove. Bathroom 1 has a huge tiled bathroom & shower in bathroom 1, tub and double sinks. Bathroom 2 is a full bathroom also and has a large fiberglass shower, toilet and sink. House will sleep 11 (9 adults and 2 kids) in 4 bedrooms with 9 beds total. Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 is really a nice large living area with couch and 2 recliner. It has 4 twin XL beds (2 - bunk-beds). Bedroom 4 is personal size about 5 ft. by 10 ft. and very cool with cedar walls, 12 ft. ceilings, comfy 12 inch twin XL bed, drapes instead of door and cool décor! There are also 2 twin size beds in a bunk-bed setup in large rear hall. These 2 in the hall are full length but slightly narrower than a twin bed. They have portholes like a ship and lights inside. Good for kids or smaller adult.
Game room on site (shared space between 4 houses) with pool table, ping pong, air hockey and foosball so you don't miss out on the fun! Private propane grill with free propane. Private fire-pit with free firewood. Non smoking. Detectors in room to ensure your room is non smoking. TV includes 250 channels + 11 movie channels.
Guests do well catching fish in our fishing pond. It is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and bluegill. You are always welcome to use our rods and lures. Please read House Manual in Other Notes before booking.
The Rockhouse Resort can now accommodate large groups up to 34 people with our 4 beautiful custom rustic homes! We have lots of room to park your boat and trailer. If you are planning a large event such as a family reunion or wedding please contact us before booking. Prices vary depending on the number of houses rented, number of days and number of people attending. This house is next to the Ponderosa (3 bedroom home) so if you have a large group you may need/want to rent both. Any Events will have to be approved in advance of booking. Please read House Manual in Other Details Section before booking. We respect all our guests and want everyone to have a wonderful memorable time here with family and friends!
