King size beds in both bedrooms and a Queen size sleep sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy beautiful river views from the screened back porch. Large over the river deck with table and seating for six where you are able to watch the waterfowl, otters and turtles playing. Feed the fish from the deck. Deck is gated to prevent your pets from accessing the river. Fish from your dock or deck. Dock your private boat at the dock or use the four provided free kayaks complete with a kayak launch. LED lighting on the deck for nighttime enjoyment. Enjoy the backyard firepit, 5 bikes and a cornhole game. The Withlacoochee River and Lake Rousseau make for some excellent trophy bass fishing. Children are welcome. Dogs are welcome. Public boat ramp is located just 2 miles from the house. Downtown Dunnellon with it's quaint antique shops and cafes are 8 miles away. A close drive to the Rainbow River head springs & KP Hole county park with crystal clear designated swimming areas. Close by is Three Sisters Springs where you can swim and snorkel with manatees, Crystal River has lots of dining, shopping, varied festivals and fishing guides, during the summer scalloping is a popular activity. The home is conveniently located to Homosassa Springs, Crystal River, Silver Springs, Inverness and Ocala. World Equestrian Center 19 miles. Come enjoy an old Florida get away with all the Nature Coast has to offer or just do nothing and relax at the private setting with the sounds of nature.
