Summary: The Highland Glen Lodge was such a gem. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was so serene. The owners were friendly and helpful and have thought of everything for your stay. I did stay with my 11 year old and I might say it is not the best for kids. It was so quiet I was afraid he was going to make noise and disturb others. We whispered the whole time haha. I would definitely recommend to others visiting Anchrorage and looking for a wonderful experience.
