Positive: This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Nuwara eliya & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible. i stayed at few hotels in srilanka and this one was my favorite for its peaceful and gracious atmosphere.
