Soak in the endless views of the San Jacinto Mts. from your private pool/spa; enjoy morning coffee watching the sun rise from the veranda; take advantage of the close proximity to extensive hiking/horseback trails & numerous golf courses. SmokeTree Commons is a quick 5-minute dash! (No parties or events!)
COVID: Due to Covid restrictions currently in place we are only taking reservations for 28 night stays.
The Space:
TThis beautifully furnished home features a cozy living room for cocktails or catching a movie, three dining areas including a formal dining space, breakfast nook and alfresco on the veranda which is right off the fully equipped kitchen. The king bedroom has a king size bed w/ cotton linens, en suite bathroom, dedicated workspace, Roku TV, and French doors directly leading to the yard/pool/spa. The light and airy queen bedroom has a queen size bed w/cotton linens, adjacent bathroom, and Roku TV. Beautiful prints decorate the walls throughout this home and numerous art books fill the bookshelves. TV access includes YouTube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBOmax, Disney+ and collection of movies via Apple TV. The rustic landscaped backyard includes a pool, spa, gas BBQ, and stunning mountain views all around. There is direct access to the kitchen, king bedroom & bathroom from the back yard. The front yard sits behind a wall of bougainvillea and has a peaceful patio directly off the living room. There is high speed Internet / wifi throughout the entire house (Internet speed is 400 mbps and wifi speed is 1 gbps.) Parking for 2 cars in the driveway. (1 car/bedroom per City of Palm Springs Ordinance.)

This IS the neighborhood you a want to experience. It’s private, peaceful, friendly, quaint and a bit bohemian with some of the best views in Palm Springs. Escape the noise of the city, come hear the birds sing, and enjoy quick and easy access to hiking trails that run through this hillside community.
Your arrival:
You will be greeted by the homeowner or property manager within a couple hours of your arrival. Any unfinished paperwork will be completed at this time. Homeowner and property manager are available by phone/text/email 24/7 for emergencies and from 7.0am until 10.0pm for all other requests and questions. Property manager is 10 minutes away if you need in-person assistance. (Contact info will be available once the booking arrangements are completed.)
POOL: Heated pool available upon request at a rate of $50/day. Guests use the pool and spa at their own risk. There is no jumping or diving in the pool.
Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance:
AGE: You must be over 25 years old to book this property. ID of responsible party is required at check-in. The City of Palm Springs requires that we obtain a list of names from everyone staying at the vacation rental property including the number of cars and their license plate numbers. No exceptions.
NOISE: We cannot stress this enough! Please be respectful of our neighbors, Araby Cove is a place to chill and relax. Limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at anytime. Strict city penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line. Violation of the city ordinance will result in fines starting at $500 and immediate eviction from the property without refund.
