Each bedroom offers plush bedding and a private en-suite bath, including spacious king suites and a custom bunk room.
Experience the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and location—just a short drive to Gulf Place’s restaurants and artist colony, or Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf. Walk out your front door and down the hill to a fresh seafood restaurant and public beach access. 30A’s top beaches, restaurants, and attractions are all easily accessible.
Sleeping Arrangements
1st Floor – King bedroom with en-suite (shower/tub combo) sleeps 2.
2nd Floor – King bedroom with en-suite (shower only) sleeps 2; Two Queens with en-suite (shower only) sleeps 4; King bedroom with en-suite (shower only) sleeps 2.
3rd Floor – Bunk room (two Queen-over-Queen bunks) with en-suite sleeps 8; King bedroom with en-suite (shower only) sleeps 2.
We provide a low-speed vehicle and four beach chairs for your convenience. We also offer discounts on additional low-speed vehicle rentals.
The parking pad and garage can accommodate up to seven standard-size vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the grass or elsewhere in the neighborhood.
Some small dogs are permitted, so please inquire about our pet policy and fees. Any small dog must be approved in advance with written consent.
We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. The guest is responsible for any additional items needed.
Check-In – 4 PM (Central)
Check Out – 10 AM (Central)
Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 per hour for leaving after the posted time, as this prevents staff from completing the job and interrupts the next guest’s vacation.
Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required*
*The pool and spa can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. The heated pool must be requested at least three days before arrival to ensure it is on and operational**
All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
