Positive: The apartment is exactly as you see in the photos. Perfectly located in the center of Montepellier so it is easy to walk anywhere. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could want and very clean. We were lucky to get the keys a bit early so we could drop our bags. We were there in the heat wave, so the ceiling fans had to go non-stop but it was not unbearable heat. There was coffee, madeleine, toiletries, ect. Everything you could want to feel at home. We would definitely stay again :)
Negative: I think in August an extra fan could be appreciated but it did not spoil our stay.
