Welcome to my charming guest room! I take pride in offering a unique and inviting experience that will make you feel right at home. Rest assured, while I do live on the premises with my 14 year old pug, I want you to know that my presence only enhances your stay.
Throughout most days, you'll find me and my 6 year old daughter (with me e/o week) out and about, allowing you to have the utmost privacy and freedom during your visit. Should you need any assistance or have any questions, I’m just a message away, ensuring your comfort and convenience.
My cozy abode is a perfect retreat, offering a comfortable environment that my guests truly appreciate. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how much you enjoy your stay, and I strive to make your experience exceptional in every way.

You may hear occasional Air Force jets fly overhead during the day. The train runs through the heart of Tucson. You will hear the train in the distance, but we have become accustomed to it. Is not too loud in the house.

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
1. Guaranteed: Book the night before, if available, to be able to arrive at your convenience.
2. Take A Gamble: Check back the day of your arrival. If it is possible, early check-in is $25/hour with a maximum of 4 hours.
3. Not Available: If the night before your arrival is booked, early check-in is not possible. Please make arrangements to arrive at check-in time.
LATE CHECKOUT
- Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.
LUGGAGE DROPOFF
-We do not have space or a special location to accommodate luggage drop off. If your flight gets in before 3pm, please reference "Early Check-In Options" above.
Are same-day bookings accepted?
Yes! Although Vrbo's system won't allow it for some reason, please message me with your reservation prior to booking and ask if same-day check-in is available. If there are no guests, you may check in same day at normal guest check-in time (3pm). Need to check-in early? Reference details above.
Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.
Are there any restaurants or coffee shops nearby?
Yes! Many in walking distance or use the Streetcar. Once you've booked with us, we'll send you a guide which includes a list of our favorite places in the area.
Is there a grocery store nearby?
Yes! There are several grocery stores to choose from, just minutes away. If you would like certain items in the fridge or pantry prior to arrival, please inquire.
Are there any bike trails nearby?
Yes! Nearby trails include The Loop Trail, Santa Cruz River Park, and 100-Acre Wood Bike Park
Is this a good location for Gem show vendors/patrons?
Yes! We are located within minutes to major tents along the I-10, 22nd and by Kino Sports Complex. Most tents are located within 5-15 min from the home.
Any good day trip spots?
Yes! There are many day trip spots we personally recommend, which is available in the House Manual after booking.
