Traveling for business, pleasure, or a little bit of both? Our studio apartment is here and ready to host you for your fantastic stay in Indianapolis! As a newly renovated property, all of the furniture and appliances are brand new!
We're located in a quiet neighborhood close to Butler University, Newfields Indianapolis Art Museum, Children's Museum, and Indiana State Fairgrounds. We’re also convenient to downtown and IUPUI, IU Health campus, Red Line rapid transit bus line, Broad Ripple; Mass Ave entertainment districts, and more. Our home is part of a two-unit property with only the backyard being a shared space, the unit itself is private and not shared and located upstairs.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-The home is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $750. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.

Summary: My husband and I stayed the weekend. Loved the loft style and the bed was very comfortable. A few very small things could have been cleaner like seat cushions and the stairs. But honestly it was no big deal and we would definitely return. Great proximity to everything and a nice quiet neighborhood. We will likely be back again!
