The Space:
This historic row home has all the modern amenities you could hope for, while creating the sense you are stepping back in time. It has been lovingly maintained - all the original features taken care of.
Complete with 2 bedrooms, the home comfortably sleeps 2 couples or a family; there is afull size bed in master, a trundle bed in the second bedroom (which pulls out to two twin beds), and finallly a super comfy sofa bed (twin) in the front room - large enough for one guest.
Its cozy, comfortable and perfectly located as a base to explore the city. We are RIGHToff Wisconsin Ave, the central hub of activity, so literally everything is outside the door.There is even the added bonus of an outside patio area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a post-sight seeing glass of wine!
Small but perfectly formed kitchen is great for whipping up your favorite meals, and with the plethora of markets, shops and excellent restaurants, guests and foodies will be very happy!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire unit.There is a private entrance for guests use, and private patio guests are welcome to use.

Getting Around:
‘Uber’s’ and taxis abound in Washington, and bus stops within a block of the home offer an easy way to get around.
There are also two subway stops (Dupont Circle on the red line and Foggy Bottom on the green and orange line) within a 30-minute walk from the apartment. There is a Capital Bikeshareat the corner of Wisconsin and O st, 5 minutes on foot from the home.
The DC Circulator bus runs (free at the moment!) every 10 mins, and can take you directly to Union Station (DC’s epicenter of the major sights.) The stop is at the corner of Wisconsin Ave NW & N St NW, and is an 8 minute stroll from the home.
