This 2 bedroom house is within walking distance to downtown Cadillac. Both have a queen size comfortable mattress. 1 bathroom. Living room and a nook area next to the kitchen. Please be advised theres a camera overlooking
*No smoking inside and outside, if need to smoke please smoke by your car and take care of the cigarette butts.
* Turn off the lights and AC when not needed in the room
*Observe quiet times of 1030pm till630am
*No gatherings or parties allowed
*No firearms
*No fireworks
*Do not leave towels on the carpet/wood floors or furniture
*Please bag all garbage and put in the assigned garbage and to the curve every Monday on thrash day
*Please put dirty dishes on the dishwasher or if cleaning the dishes please use the dry mat. Clean after yourselves as other guests will be in and out.
*For long term month to month stay, extra towels and bed linens will be provided and guest will be responsible to change it. New lines and towels will be given once a week. Cleaning will be done by management every 2 weeks.
*Arrangements will be made if needs to be extended stay at least 1 week before the end of stay.
*Any violations of the rules or guests misconduct will result with the guests leaving the property with no refund for the reminder of the stay.
*Notify management and/ or owner of any issues via text or with this app.

Just fyi. There is a security camera that overlooks the dront door. No privacy is violated as it only overlooks rhe front entrance. Absolutely no pets allowed due to owner health conditions.the front doorbell
