The villa, situated on a hillside, quiet and panoramic position surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, you can reach Florence in just 25-30 minutes by car or train.
The ground floor has a spacious living room furnished with typical Tuscan furniture, where you can go upstairs thanks to a beautiful staircase in 'pietra serena' or go to the large kitchen which side of the 'old fireplace is equipped of a masonry structure covered with tiles from Vietri with oven, 6 hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine and large sink 'plate rack' of wood, or to the living room where numerous paintings and antique furniture give a pleasant sense of tranquility or study with a beautiful piano, various paintings and a collection of photographs of all the bridges built in Rome, Florence and Turin, from 'Enterprise Allegri
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bidet.
Finally, the beautiful dining room with three large windows and an 'exit giving directly on a 'green' terrace.
On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with large double bed and windows overlooking the surrounding hills, one bedroom with 3 single beds and a bathroom with shower, small tub, bidet, toilet and large sink.

Summary: To start, manager's representative Yasmine-a wonderful, helping, caring person-gets 5/5 from me. Arrived to the villa, it's very rustic, not updated to modern standards even remotely. You are greeted with an untidy broom in a small hallway that does not look very clean - that's ok. The villa is for at least 10 people (5 bedrooms); however, the kitchen is equipped with a waist-high refrigerator, sufficient for a couple only - that's ok. The villa still has only one bathroom for 10 people - that was in the description anyway, so I had agreed to that. We tried to stay there in the middle of July, this is a very hot period. The villa has no AC, has no fans - again, the description DID not mention AC, so, that's ok too. We opened up all windows. The red line was when we returned to the villa at night to find that there are hundreds of mosquitos, some the size of my small dog. We were bitten raw in a matter of minutes and in a rush contacted the management to tell them this is not acceptable. One must understand, that when a person enters into an agreement about anything, there are certain minimum expectations. Of course, I realize that AC was not mentioned in the description, but I decided that it's ok, we will stay in the countryside, it's cooler there, we will open windows and put fans on. That's a reasonable expectation. Ok, there were no fans, but to charge that rent and have no window nets installed, knowing that there are a lot of mosquitos - this is gross mismanagement. In
