Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, screened patio-downstairs- and use of spacious yard. A few miles south is historic Beach St Main St. and Ocean Walk shopping, and the 1938 Bandshell. A couple of miles north, along picturesque Riverside Drive, is historic Ormond Beach! Come and relax, walk, kayak, fish, surf, paddleboard & enjoy! Local one hour history tours available on inter coastal waterway/ Halifax River-one block away! Ask Joseph for details.
