Built-in the 17th century, the farmhouse was extensively restored and renovated in 2017. Its centuries-old characteristics have been preserved, while the infrastructure has been modernized to achieve today's comfort.
The house is heated by underfloor heating. There are stairs to climb.

It also received the distinction «Of national importance.» One of its stately houses inspired Alois Carigiet when he drew the home of Schellenursli.The Schellenursli Village, Guarda, is 1653 meters in the Lower Engadine on a south-facing sun terrace. In summer and winter, well-groomed hiking paths lead from the village into the scenic countryside. The houses of the Engadine village have beautifully painted facades from the first half of the 17th century.
