We rent our well-equipped apartment "Moin" for four people in beautiful Sögel, in the heart of the Hümmling.
The apartment "Moin" is located on the ground floor of a single-family house and has a separate entrance. A highlight is the large garden behind the house, which is only available for guests to relax, grill, etc. The apartment is in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet location. The apartment covers approx. 100 m² and can accommodate a maximum of four adults. Families who want to travel with children should know that only school-age children are suitable for the apartment. The apartment has been furnished in a modern and high quality. Free WiFi is available in the apartment. Parking is available in front of the apartment.
The new modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator + 1 freezer, cutlery, dishes, and kitchen utensils. There is also a breakfast table with three chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, two bedside tables with reading lamps and a large chest of drawers. Towels are ready for you on arrival and the beds are made. The modern bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and a washing machine. There is a large built-in closet in the hallway. The large, bright living room has two sofas, table, desk, fireplace with two rocking chairs and a modern flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, with a large dining table with four chairs. From the living room there is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a grill. The terrace has an electrically extendable sun awning.
The apartment has two bicycles that you can use free of charge. The Emsland has well-developed paths for cycling. Excursion destinations in the vicinity are: Clemenswerth Castle in Sögel, Thüle animal and amusement park, Dankern Castle in Haren, Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Bourtange Fortress in the Netherlands and a fairytale forest with a large children's playground, giant slide and climbing forest. In Sögel there is a heated outdoor swimming pool, a mini golf course and tennis courts.
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home. Pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding.
