Charming agriturismo with a shared pool, a small chapel and panoramic views
The old, completely renovated, 17th-century villa of this agriturismo is located on the rolling, green hills of Pesaro, amidst olive groves, fields, pine forests, oaks and laurels, and affords a beautiful view of the magnificent surroundings.
What were once the hay barn, the stables, the tower and the residential house of the farm were converted into cosy holiday apartments in 2009, where you can spend a relaxing nature or beach holiday. Guests feel very much at home due to the original architectural features, with exposed ceiling beams, floors with clay tiles, and uneven walls.
On the site, apart from the main building, there is an annex and even a small chapel. A particularly attractive feature for holiday-makers is the pool, which even has a small hydro-massage area and several sun loungers and lounge furniture on the surrounding lawn.
The owners will welcome you very cordially and will be happy to provide you with advice and information about the area.
The town of Pesaro is about 2.5km away, and the sea is only around 7km away. The agriturismo therefore enables you to combine a seaside holiday with a cultural holiday, owing to its proximity to places of cultural and historical interest, such as Urbino, Gradara, Fano or San Leo.
The apartment is on the first floor of the main building. It has a small living room with a kitchen corner, equipped with two electric hot plates and a fridge, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a television. The floor has clay tiles and a large carpet. In a sleeping corner there is also a double bed (or two single beds if required). There is also a double bedroom with a TV, and two bathrooms with a shower.
The wide view stretches across the garden behind the house to the olive grove, the small church and the barn, as far as the sea and Pesaro on the horizon.
