THREE-ROOM VILLA with large outdoor area and tennis court in an oasis of peace and tranquility in Santa Maria La Palma, just outside Alghero, on the road that leads to the Natural Park of Porto Conte.
All on one level, consisting of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a double bedroom leading to another single bedroom and a private bathroom, a double bedroom and a second bathroom. complete the property: large outdoor areas with table, chairs and loungers for pleasant moments of relaxation, parking, a well-kept English garden and a tennis court that is shared only with the other villa interior of the property. Available: TV, air conditioning in the rooms, WiFi, washing machine, oven, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, barbecue and outdoor shower.
Due to the presence of the two bathrooms, the house is ideal for two couples as well as for groups of friends.
If it is more numerous, a second house is available on the same property, in which a further 5 people with a total of 12 beds can be accommodated.
