This three-room holiday apartment (88m²) is right by the beautiful sandy beach at Sveti Vas in Bulgaria. The apartment is on the second floor of the three-storey building without a lift. It is just 50 metres to the beach. The two terraces afford a wonderful view of the Nessebar peninsula with its historical sights, as well as the famous 7-kilometre-long sunny beach.
Four chairs and a little table are provided on one of the balconies. Two large swimming pools with a kids’ pool are available for guests for swimming from 20 May. Loungers and parasols are available by the pool free of charge. The holiday complex consists of over 100 apartments, has its own restaurant and a pool bar. If it is not hot enough for you even in summer, you can use the Finnish sauna free of charge. There are public and free car parks about 150 metres from the resort. It is just 100 metres from the resort to a children’s playground, as well as fitness equipment for adults, so it is family-friendly.
It comprises two bedrooms, a living room with a built-in kitchen, and two bathrooms with a shower. The bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide) and its own bathroom with a shower opens onto the balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. The air conditioning unit in this room ensures a pleasant temperature. There is also a bedroom with two single beds, a desk, a wardrobe and a view of the foothills of the Balkan range. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for two adults. There is also direct access to the second balcony with a wonderful view towards the beach and the swimming pool on the holiday complex, where children can play freely. The living room is also fitted with an air conditioning unit, a TV with satellite channels, as well as a large dining table with six chairs. The little built-in kitchen provides what you need for preparing meals for a family, with all standard kitchen utensils, a large fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster etc.
There are many shops nearby and there is a large water park just 5km away. The centre of Sveti Vas with its many little shops invites you to go shopping, or you can take the bus to the sunny beach 5km away with its hundreds of shops and restaurants. The Nessebar peninsula with its historical buildings is just 12km away and is a popular trip destination.
