Our route suggestions show you the most beautiful corners of Laboe and the surrounding area.Hiking, Walking and Jogging routes:Route 1Hafenplatz Laboe to Nature Experience Dune Landscape Laboe (each route: 2.1 km, walking approx. 25 minutes) Start at the harbor square in front of the fish kitchen and walk along the health resort to the submarine, continue along the dog beach to the beach lake of the nature experience area to the restaurant "El Meson Playa". For the way back, go up the short embankment to the parking lot. At the end of the car park you go down the embankment at the entrance to the nature adventure area and follow the main path of the nature experience area, past the café "Koffihus" and the marine biological station over the beach promenade and back to the harbor.Route 2Hafenplatz Laboe to the Stein (each trail: approx. 4.5 km, walking approx. 55 minutes) Start see route 1. At the restaurant "El Meson Playa" you go below the terrace along the beach to the pier in stone. There you change to the dike promenade and go back to Laboe. At the height of the village exit, the path turns into a dirt track and leads on the steep coast with a view of the outer fjord along the campsites of Neustein. The path ends in a long, steep staircase down to the beach. Back as Route 1. Extension of Stein to Marina Wendtorf (each distance: about 1.5 km, 10 minutes)Route 3Circuit Laboe 1 (about 4 km, walking about 1 hour)Start at the harbor forecourt in front of the fish kitchen. Turn left into the Hafenstraße, straight on into the Parkstraße, which ends at the end in the Kurpark. Turn right behind the war memorial into the Katzbek. At the end turn left into the Steiner Weg, which ends at the car park of the memorial. Turn right there, then cross the K 30 "An der Au", turn left and follow the road along the accompanying cycle path and sidewalk. After about 700 m, the view opens onto the free Baltic Sea. Here you change the side of the road and go down the small embankment in the nature discovery area dune landscape Laboe, past the beach lake, at the café "Koffihus" and the marine biological station direction Laboe. Or take the way back along the beach.Route 4Hafenvorplatz Laboe to port Möltenort (each route: about 4 km, walking about 50 minutes)The route passes an ammunition depot of the Bundeswehr. Part of the area is crossed by a bridge, the entrances and exits are very steep. Bicycles with trailer need help. Unfortunately, wheelchair users can not use the route. When loading the ammunition, the route between Heikendorf and Laboe is blocked for safety reasons. At the beginning of the route, there is also a sign at the level of the Baltic Bay car park informing you of current closures. Start at the harbor forecourt in front of the fish kitchen, turn right at the harbor basin in the Hafenstraße, which later turns into the street Börn and the Fördewanderweg. They follow this through the forest and cross the bridge the ammunition depot of the Bundeswehr. Later, the path goes along the Heikendorf campsite along the beach promenade of Heikendorf. On the small sandy beach of Heikendorf they come to the submarine memorial over to the port Möltenort. Between submarine memorial and lighthouse Falckenstein is the 1.2 km the narrowest point of the Kiel Foerde.
