Summary: Our stay for the most part was really great. Great location. Close to stores. Loved seeing the lake every morning on the covered deck. Decor was very nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Easy access to the lake. The reason I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness was the horrible amount of flies in the home. It seemed the previous renters put the trash in the bin on the side of the house (which they shouldn't have done) and caused a large amount of flies. An animal also got into it on the first night. The property mgr did take care of it pretty promptly and told us where the dumpster was so we could take our own trash there. Not having central air is a huge downfall to that size of home. Those wall mounted AC units do not move air well. The bedrooms were very warm even with the door opened. I went to buy a fan just to try to help circulate air. The last two nights the AC unit shut off on its own at some point so I woke up because I was so hot. It would be nice if there had been fans provided and not ceiling fans as those didn't help circulate air from the living room. The Keurig part of the coffee pot didn't work, but the other side did.
