Positive: Great summer cabin, spacious and nicely designed. The house has all the necessary amenities and is located in a calm 'cabin village' next to a camping, which is itself located on the outskirts of a small village (which conveniently has a shop and petrol station). From the outside the house looks small, but the upper level is quite big and in principle the cabin could host even 9-10 people. An acceptable 20 minute drive from Legoland, nice country experience.
Negative: This is a summer house, and the air to air heat pump is probably meant to be air conditioning more than heating. With just 8 degrees outside and a cold house, we struggled a bit the first night, but luckily the upper level heats up fast and stays warm. Also, the electric installation tends to switch off, especially when you are cooking something on the stove. The biggest problem is that the cabin is operated by a company which has an office some 20 minutes drive away from the camping, and that is where you need to pick up and drop off the keys. For us it was not a disaster because it was roughly the direction we were coming from, but if you are driving from Germany, you need an additional 40-45mins to get the key and then to return it. Also, it would be nice if the operators picked up the phone during their very limited office hours (1h a day)
