Fabulous and wonderful farmhouse located in the middle of the wooded forest of Sant Pol de Mar, with garden and views of the countryside and the sea. It has a private swimming pool, in front of the porch that shelters the large terrace at the back of the house. Very spacious, this farmhouse is located between the villages of Sant Pol de Mar and Canet de Mar, in a quiet and relaxing environment, with charm and lots of detail. To access it is necessary a vehicle, as it is located in an isolated area, which makes it unique and very private.
The farmhouse has two floors. On the first floor there is a living room with fireplace and access to the terrace-porch overlooking the pool. On the other side there is an industrial restaurant kitchen, also with access to the outside. It has two bedrooms on this floor and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower. In the outdoor area, in addition to the gardens and views of the countryside, there is a barbecue area and outdoor kitchen. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms, one of them with four single beds and the other one with a double bed. On this floor we have a large terrace-solarium.
