This fine holiday home is a few minutes' walk from the Veerse Meer. The house is surrounded by a nice garden with lots of greenery and privacy. The village of Kortgene is within walking distance with nice shops and restaurants within easy reach. In the ground floor accommodation you have a nice view of the garden from the living room with spacious seating area. The sitting area is equipped with a 3-person sofa bed and two separate armchairs near the television. In the other part of the living room you will find the dining area with a cozy round table and 4 chairs. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a hob, combination microwave or oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. There are three cozy bedrooms in the house, one bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm) and two bedrooms have a single bed (90x200cm). In the bedrooms you will also find bedside lamps, wall shelves and storage space for clothing. The compact bathroom has a shower, sink with storage cabinet and toilet. In the house there are also all facilities for small children such as a high chair and folding camp bed and there is a washing machine in the laundry room outside. Do you like to travel with your four-legged friend(s)? They can come along, two pets are welcome in the house. From the living room you step through the large sliding doors directly onto the covered terrace (approx. 24m2) where you can sit at the table with 4 chairs. Next to the terrace is the spacious garden (approx.150m2) which is private due to the fence and is beautifully planted with hedges, flowers and grass. Great for barbecuing and enough space to enjoy the sun or shade. There is space under the carport to park a car at the house. Any bicycles can be stored dry under the roof. This holiday home is located near the popular Veerse Meer, where you can enjoy swimming, boating, water skiing, supping or surfing. Small children like to catch crabs here and they can play on the sandy beach. In the center of Kortgene you will find various unique shops and restaurants in addition to basic needs such as a supermarket, butcher and bakery. Every Saturday there is a lively weekly market. Kortgene is also a wonderful starting point if you like walking, during your walking route you will see a lot of the beautiful surroundings such as the Veerse Meer, the Oosterschelde and the Zeeland landscape. In addition to walking, you can also follow wonderful cycling routes and you should not miss a crossing with the bicycle-pedestrian ferry to Wolphaartsdijk. Due to its central location on Noord-Beveland, Kortgene is close to nice cities such as Zierikzee, Goes and Middelburg, but also cozy seaside resorts such as Vrouwenpolder and Domburg are a short drive away. An ideal base to discover Zeeland!
