It is less than 1.5km to the sea and to the town centre of Bosa.
The apartment measures around 60m². It has a living room and a kitchen with an electric stove, a large fridge, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, satellite TV and a wood-burning stove/fireplace stove (you can purchase firewood from the owner, 10kg per package). If you come in from the right you find wooden stairs leading to a gallery with a double bed and a bunk bed. The two bedrooms are separated by a wall. On the ground floor to the right of the living room there is a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, washbasin and bidet. Further along the corridor there is a further double room with a double bed and a large cupboard. Six people can be accommodated in total. Gas heating is included in the price. There are fly screens fitted in every window. Pets are welcome at no supplementary charge.
In the outdoor area you can find a grill, a shower and a large roofed area providing shade in summer and where you can sit comfortably and enjoy the view. The paths leading to the house are lit, as well as the roofed area and the large car parking space.
You can go on guided trips by boat both on the sea and the river, as well as canoe tours, windsurfing, kite surfing, snorkeling.
