This charming Tuscan stone villa is situated in the beautiful hills of Pisa, just 5 km from the medieval village of Chianni. Surrounded by lush countryside and olive groves, the villa features an enclosed garden with a swimming pool (12 x 5 m, depth 1.60 m, open from March to November) and a pergola furnished with barbecue facilities for outdoor dining.
Originally a farmhouse, the villa is quietly situated and offers breathtaking views of the hills stretching as far as Volterra in the distance. After a loving restoration, many details of the house still retain the magic of the past, such as the long cypress table, made from a tree on the property, or the original tiled stove in the kitchen.
The villa covers 210 m², is arranged on several levels and can accommodate up to 9 people. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, satellite TV and original barrel vault, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster). with the aforementioned tiled stove and large dining table, access to the perfectly equipped pergola and the wood-burning oven where you can bake your own pizzas, and a large bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms (one of which can be converted into a twin room) equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. It is possible to add a single bed in one of the rooms. 2 of the bedrooms have a private bathroom (access is down 4 steps) and 2 share a bathroom. All bathrooms have a shower and hairdryer.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, also by the pool, all room windows are fitted with mosquito nets, Smart TV, Bose sound system, 1 cot, 1 high chair, toiletries in all bathrooms, private covered parking, pets allowed on request.
