2 floor Villa with balcony and the terrace. Beautiful open space, light and airy living area with U shape sectional sofa (sleeps 2), fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 10 people, as well as 30 m2 terrace with outdoor dinning furniture and swing seat.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 1 with bunk bed and 1 with single bed. 1 bedroom has its own balcony with seating furniture.
1800 m2 of outdoor area is carefully landscaped in traditional and eco-friendly manner with many unique structures of dry stone (featured on UNESCO list as Croatian intangible heritage), oak wood, and other sustainable materials. Featuring roofed outdoor kitchen and grill, 2 dinning areas, children playground, pond, well, pool, outdoor solar shower (hot water) and sun deck it provides the opportunity to enjoy your time outdoor soaking in the sun or enjoying the breezy air in the shade all day long.
